Recently in blog land, a blogging friend of mine Emily Levenson (who just happens to have lots of similar food allergies) created a nightshade free curry! Curry was one of my favorite foods prior to starting my journey to a new and improved me who was free of sickness and pain.

I tweaked the recipe a bit and added nutmeg, cloves and bay leaves. I might try adding some lemongrass next time! But a huge thanks to Emily for allowing me, the joy of curry once again.
