Tonight’s dinner started with thinking I need to use the beets in the fridge and J’s want for chili.
I also recently went to an Epicure Party at a friends and to say the very least, I love Epicure and I am well versed in the products that do or do not contain nightshades. I purchased the Balsamic Vinaigrette Seasoning! So I shredded beets and cabbage, marinated them in the balsamic vinaigrette seasoning and then placed them on a bed of field greens and topped it with radishes and green onions. This salad is definitely a keeper!
